THE CONTRACT 

The product offers are valid until they are visible on beautyfrench.com, within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of the product, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you either a product of quality and of equivalent value or cancellation of your order. In case of cancellation of the order , the money you have already paid will be refunded within thirty days after the cancellation of the order .

Following the selection of the desired products , you fill out an order form and must click on the "Next" icon. After that you will be able to check the specifics of the control and modify it. The " confirm order " button allows you to confirm your order goods in the basket , the order becomes final . We will acknowledge receipt of your order an order confirmation sent automatically by e -mail to the address you specify.

 All orders worth your acceptance of the prices and descriptions of products you have placed in your shopping cart.

 Irrespective of any previous price you have seen, once you select a product that you wish to order, you will then be shown or told the charges you must pay including VAT, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges. Unless otherwise stipulated on the site, all charges are in the currency then in force on France. This is the total that you will pay for receipt of the ordered product.

 If a payment due is not made within three weeks of sending the order confirmation or despite several reminders by e -mail , we are entitled to cancel the order . In the event of termination of the contract , we are not obliged to deliver the goods . This means that the items ordered will be reserved for a maximum period of seventeen days after the order

 If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the site, please contact contact@beautyfrench.com immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The price indicated in our order confirmation is the final price, including the legal rate of tax. It includes shipping.

YOUR DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order the same day after receipt of payment for orders made before 12 am (Paris time).
Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

French Bank holidays are not considered as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over French Bank Holidays detailed below:

No changes can be made to the delivery address after the order has been placed.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will need to have your tracking number that you will find in your confirmation email.

As most parcels will reach their destination within 2 weeks (1 week for European countries and 2 weeks for the other), we are unable to query your parcel before this time. If this time has passed and you have still not received your parcel please contact Customer Services.

PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal.
For information on PayPal payments please see www.paypal.com.

If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not shipped will be refunded to the original method of payment.

You must pay the full price of your order at the time of its validation and before any delivery.

In case of fraudulent use of your credit card, you must immediately contact customer service of Beautyfrench.com at the following address contact@beautyfrench.com, we will be able to cancel the transaction if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.

In accordance with the provisions of the Law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature, the online transmission of your card number and the final validation of your order constitute proof of the entirety of the order and the exigibility of the sums due in payment of this order.
In some cases, erroneous address or other problem in your bank account, we reserve the possibility to block your order until the resolution of the problem.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD 

Beautyfrench.com verifies the reliability of information entered when recording a command.
The Customer Service of Beautyfrench.com may request by e-mail that the Customer provides a proof of identity and address. The processing of the order will start only upon receipt of the requested documents.
If the Customer does not answer to this request within seven days, or if the documents communicated do not confirm the identity and domiciliation of the buyer, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be informed by e-mail.
Beautyfrench.com will be entitled to refuse any order for which payment fraud is suspected.
 

REQUEST A REFUND FOR UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

It’s important that you keep your account information and passwords private. If you give your credit card informations to someone else, or don’t enable authentication for purchases, you are responsible for any purchases made.
 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions: Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.

RETURNING GOODS WHICH ARE OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY OR UNFIT FOR PURPOSE

Please ensure you return the goods to us as soon as possible, giving the reason for your return. We will examine the goods following receipt and if we find the goods are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose we will refund you the price you paid for the goods and the original delivery charge (if any).
 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article L.121-20 to L121-20-2, L121-20-4 and R121-1-2 of the Consumer Code, our consumer customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or to pay penalty, except the cost of return if they do not use the return label provided for this purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been wrongfully published, including prices and promotions.
