I confirmed and paid my order, when will I receive my items ?
Packages are dispatched the same day after receipt of payment for orders made before 12 am (Paris time), the next day for those made after.
We only sell products that we have in stock, so the shipment can be made very quickly.
Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classified as working days.

If this time has passed and you have still not received your parcel please contact Customer Services.
Beautyfrench.com undertakes to return the purchase, if it is possible, otherwise a total refund. It will be refunded to the original method of payment.
